It has been awhile since we posted ladies. Tonight I tried a new recipe and it is definitely a keeper.
We had chicken thighs (so tender n moist) pan fried in butter with a creamy dill and caper sauce with mushrooms. First picked corn on the cob - new potatoes with parsley.
dessert is strawberry shortcake!
