Which ever dog is up on the bed and goes to snarl, bark, bite at the next dog trying to come up - you immediately remove that dog from the bed - with appropriate correction and crate her. Then let the other one come up.
Walk the two on lead together and if there is any aggression correct it.
Start to re-inforce the obedience commands you must have trained into them like sit come stay walk easy on lead leave it ignore and STOP
