My dearest friend had a precious little angel that had liver shunt that was not surgically correctable.....medical intervention that provided relief from some of the symptoms and helped this little soul stay with her heartbroken owner, included dosing with Lactalose as well as dosing with Milk Thistle. Because of the noticable help the milk thistle provided this little soul, I really read up on milk thistle and as a result, I have ALL my dogs on dosing with milk thistle daily to help with clearing their systems of toxins they may run into on a daily basis. Heartworm meds, flea meds, Heaven forbid anything that may happen in their dog food, "God-Only-Knows-What" they may absorb from the yard from things that cross the yard at night, anything they may absorb or ingest pass through their livers and they have to have working, healthy, efficient livers to keep their systems clear and clean. (Milk Thistle has been used in Germany for many years to keep drug addicts in liver failure from life long drug abuse/intake, alive as long as possible.....I had a cousin that went on it for this issue and it added an additional 4 years to his end stage liver failure.)

My friend used it on her little darling pup in liver failure, and it added time to this little darlings life. I use it with my dogs prophylactically as a method to assist keeping my dogs in top notch health. I buy mine from "PetWellbeing", 100cc bottle......dosing is on the bottle, 1 drop for every 2 lbs of body weight up to 50 lbs, then 1 drop for every additional 4 lbs......given twice a day. Since I am giving mine as an aid in preventing liver damage and helping to clear any toxins my babies may get into from any source, I only give it once daily in their food.

This stuff helped my friends little girl with her end stage liver disease......my friend even administered lactalose enemas daily to help her baby clear her system from the toxins...this is a VERY difficult time for you as well as your little baby....God bless you and your precious little baby.
