For me most of the first part of the lecture was info already known - how-ever the meaty parts for me came in about three quarters of the way through.


Of note in treatment for joint issues PRP Plasma rich protein therapy - much evidence of efficacy per the lecturer. She did not recommend Stem Cell Therapy at this point in time. Very costly and the efficacy studies are not present yet.


Dasuquin as a supplement has good evidence and she recommends this product a lot.
