It's "for real" and I think it's terribly unconstitutional. He was on the Today show this morning talking about how it's a big lie, but I don't believe him. I think he's just covering up his tracks since he's in the spot light. If he does start a scary place like this, I hope that the SC beats the crap out of it before it gets outta hand.
