If you had bought Bentley to show then you have a problem..tell the breeder in any case. If the testicule has not dropped by neutering time, ask the breeder to pay for the "extra" cost to neuter him..only fair since it was not discussed before hand. If the breeder had checked the pup they would know about a missing testicule. Spunds like the breeder did not have the pup checked by their vet before the sale.
As to the heart..you need to know 100% before the breeder can be expected to do something. You could return him, but if the heart is fine, the testicule problem can be fixed..quite frankly I do not think vets should be giving price advise after the fact...the pup is already purchased, what good can come from telling a client they paid too much..?
