I am very sorry you were scammed. If you bought a yorkie, you expect a yorkie. The first thing I would do if I were you though, would be to do a DNA test on each of the puppies. Don't jump the gun and sell them without knowing for sure. After all, you want to give the correct information to the sellers, don't you? Vets unfortunately are NOT always correct in their assumptions. We have had people come on the forum because their vet told them their puppy was not a yorkie and it turned out that yes, their dog was a yorkie. Yorkies sometimes look like other animals when they are young. We just had a thread on here from several years ago where some people thought the puppy had some Jack Russell terrier in it yet 5 years later, with its hair grown in, it looks like a yorkie.
Secondly, if you are wanting a little dog and not wanting to take a chance on getting a 15-20 lb. full grown dog, maybe you really shouldn't get any dog at all. Some yorkies DO get to be 15 - 20 lbs. when they are full grown. Even if they chart to be 5 -6 lbs when they are small, it doesn't always happen. My yorkie was 2 lbs. when I got him and charted to be 6 lbs. He is now 11+ lbs. and STILL growing and gaining weight! I am in my 60s, have numerous health problems and autoimmune diseases and probably will not be able to pick him up and carry him around when he is finished growing but it doesn't matter to me because I love him. I will love him no matter how much he weighs.
I really hope you do take the time to find out the truth of the breed of your puppies before you give them away. After all, you and the person buying them from you, deserve to know what they are getting.
