Good luck in finding homes for the pups. You are absolutely correct - this is a lose - lose situation for everyone except the scammers. Are there any steps you can take to not allow them to get away with this? Are they local (small claims court)? At the very least post their identity on this site so we can spread the word to avoid them like the plague.
