When I had my 3 pack and walked them on salted city streets all 3 would be picking paws up, I would rush them home, bathe their paws to remove the salt. I see nothing ewwwwww about what you did. Living now in the country when it snows Mr Cody does not get a daily walk due to salted roads, deck or back yard use only.
