Veggies usually always have less calories then fruit. And usually anyone ppl ect can eat as much as they want. A little banana wont hurt. Just exercise and no junk foods like at all= fries chips ect. If ppl ate well they would be over weight either. All the convenience foods and fast food is whats killing the American diets. Mine eat fress food outta the garden. Not by choice they sneak it.
