Pet Supplies has nice sweaters and T-shirts, raincoats for male babies, as for frost bite in NY, I would be careful of salted streets and sidewalks on the dogs pads. If you start them young wearing boots they will learn to use them, I have seen many dogs, big and small in NY with boots, not for frost bite, for salt on streets and sidewalks.
