I am formally from NY, I hate to leave my parked car for fear it would get stolen let alone leave a small dog tied outside. Absolutely insane, any NYer knows this cannot be done. I have more sadness for the little dog missing their momma, then I have for the dumb A@@ owner.I have to assume the person that took the dog thought the dog was abandoned and left the dog tied to a pole, this happens a lot in NY, owners know a tied up dog, especially if it's a small pedigree the dog will be taken I do hope someone can recognize the person from the camera and that baby is returned to their dumb A@@ owner..
