Animal Smiley 019 Pulling Pups

I haven't been on Yorkie talk for a long time. But I need a little help. My little ones pull on walks. You would think they were Huskies. I'm often asked if they are walking me or am I walking them. Well, obviously they walk me. I have tried different harnesses. But as you all know we can't use a reg collar on a Yorkie and I don't know what to do next. I try working with them one on one. Hold the leash short and reverse directions when they start pulling. They are a little better one on one they are least look at me but it doesn't last. I've tried using a walking stick in front of them and that doesn't help. I've raised larger dogs and never had this problem, but these little stinkers have taken over. I must be getting soft. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
