My Toby was just diagnosed with collapsing trachea last week too. He's on Clavamox too but he's on the liquid form so I'm not sure about the dosage for the pill. He's getting 1 ml twice a day. The vet also put him on 2.5 mg Prednisone once a day for 10 days then once a day every other day for 10 doses. From there she said we'll wean him to lowest effective dose to keep his symptoms away. She also put him on 1/2 tablet Benedryl twice a day in case it's allergy related. So far it seems to be helping. Fingers crossed for both our pups.
