Sorry. It is like a dremel the groomer uses on the nails but it's battery powered with different sizes of holes in a clear safety tube that fits over the spinning sandpaper drum. The theory is it keeps their hair away from the area that turns while sanding down the ends of the nails and you won't go into the quick.
It's also supposed to have a very low noise level.
