Welcome to YT your lil Joey Buttons is just to adorable. I am formally from NY. If you take your lil boy to Central Park be careful of prey birds. They have trained falcons and hawks to patrol Central Park to help reduce the rodent population, there was an insistent about 5 / 6 years ago where a falcon grabbed a leashed Chihuahua being walked, the owner was able to pull the dog out of the birds grasp, the dog suffered from severe punctures caused by the falcons talons. That bird was captured for retraining then released. I am out of NY for 13 years, do not read NY newspaper anymore, do not know if this has happened again. Just giving you a heads up. 3.5 lb yorkie is easy mark for prey birds, please be careful if you walk the baby in any NYC park, keep an eye towards the sky.
