Nightmare sounds about right...LOL. I forget when my first laptop crashed but then my backup one crashed right in back of it. I have the phone and the tablet, but both are 'ugly' for some things...like this. The tablet would let me type in YT until I was down to the last word, then it would fault. I was not a happy camper, having to borrow hubby's laptop to pay bills. Fun...fun...! I am so glad things are better for you now. I hope they just keep on getting better, too. Hugs!
