Back when we used to feed kibble to Wylie (he was our only dog at the time), we would just free feed. If the food had been sitting there for awhile, Wylie would want his kibble "fluffed". He would paw and whine at the bowl to get our attention, until one of us went over to his bowl, picked up the food, and "fluff" his kibble for him...we'd then put the bowl back down and, boom, he was then totally happy to eat it. What the ? Lol. We'd always argue as to whose turn it was to "fluff"
