If they have a reaction to the shot it usually happens instantly. So if you're worried hang around the vet's office for half an hour or so.
When I give my puppies their first vacs, I make sure my vet is open and available. So if one has a reaction I can rush it to my vet.
Second and third shots are the same so if they did'nt have a reaction to the first one they are not likely to have a reaction to the rest of the series.
