Have you tried swaddling?
It tends to calm my Izzy down.....I was looking for one small enough for her she's so little , but can wrap a baby receiving blanket around her snug for now....handle their paws often in a comforting manner to get them used to that so when it comes nail time they will have become accustomed to that...as well as running the clippers near them once in a while ...
