Potty training for out doors you must be consistent with the time you take her out. I always trained my puppies indoors on pads first, when they were 100% pad trained then I would start to house break them, walk times were the same time every day, even if they had just made on the pad they would get walked anyway. By 7 months old they were fully house broken with no accidents. At 14 weeks old they are not able to hold pee and poop for long periods of time so frequent outside trips are a must. Patience and consistency is the key factor. Good luck
