Like Wanda, I groom M/Z myself. But the few times I do take them to the groomers, they "handle" both M/Z with care. Coos and baby talk to them.
If I saw the groomer (any employee at the groomer) treat M/Z (or any pet there) as you've described, I wouldn't leave them there... |
