Don't forget that around 7 months they have done the majority of the growing, so they often become much more selective in what they will eat. Kibble was made as a convenience to humans, you can leave it out without it going bad, and also dogs will only eat until they are satiated, they will not overeat. This is not true of fresh foods and raw food, many dogs will overeat to the point of death or at least vomiting. When she's not hungry, take away her food after 15 minutes, and put it out at the next meal, if she goes over 24 hours without eating something may be wrong, but don't tempt her with things like grilled cheese, even a sick dog would be tempted to eat that! Dogs inherently understand that sometimes they shouldn't eat. I do think you are teaching her to be finicky. I'm not saying you shouldn't try another food, but sometimes the healthier the kibble, the less likely they are to overeat and this can actually be a good thing.
