He's a little young to be neutered, most vets like to wait until his adult teeth are in, so they can pull the remaining baby teeth. So, don't forget to remind the vet of this, not all vets know this about Yorkies, they don't always lose their baby teeth on the own and several have to be pulled. Not sure if the testicles have dropped yet, but humping is actually good for this and encourages the testicles to drop. So don't worry, it's a normal and healthy thing. Joey stopped humping about a month after neutering, but many dogs continue to hump all their lives. It probably depends on how much testosterone the adrenal glands make, once the testicles are removed. Just don't let him hump people, it's a sign of dominance, but toys are okay.
