After he eats he might cough and his food has digested. He will jump off the bed or run up the stairs and he coughs. I suspect that it is the acidic digested food being propelled up his throat and causing to cough.
I actually just gave him half a pepcid tablet. I will let his system absorb and have him jump off the bed and see if the cough is still there.

I thought he collapse trachea ... he most certainly does not. I am so relieved. Hardly ever coughs now.
