Hello and Welcome to YT! It may stop but it will take time. We were a single dog household 3 years ago with our resident bulldog then we added my first yorkie after researching for over 3 years on the breed
. I added two more pups this year within 2 months of each other. Sometimes they can be a bit snappy towards each other(it's usually my female pup causing the raucous lol). It will take your yorkie time to adjust to the new puppy and it will definitely take more than a few days in most cases.
If you can, make sure your female has a puppy free zone. That way when she doesn't want to be bothered she can relax in peace. I also have appointed "lovey" time with each individual dog that's about 20 mins. They get brushed, treats, etc during their special time and the others are crated.
