Welcome to YT.....The ppl that you got Bella from, did they give you a reason as to why they were re-homing her? ....Is it possible to call the ppl you got Bella from and get the name of the vet they used. Just say you want to know when her next shots are due. If they can provide you with the vet and you know the last name of Bella's prev. owner that vet can give you the info. you need. If you cannot get this from the prev. owner, discuss this with your vet. If you tell the vet you just adopted her the vet will NOT think you mistreated her. The vet will know if it is best to do all vaccines if you cannot provide any history on Bella. Keep in mind, you are not the first person to walk into a vet with a adopted / rescued dog not knowing about past medical history. As for the vet checking for health problems, talk to your vet about this, there are blood tests that can be taken. Tell the vet you want a full blood work up, also bring a FRESH stool sample in with you. I am sure more medically savvy members will be along shortly to suggest what types of blood work is most important, also what vet should make sure to check out. Good luck with your new little girl.
