Well sleeping with you is a personal preference if you both are fine with it then that is great . Maybe you could keep your bedroom door closed and keep her potty pad right next to your bed in case she has to get up in the night to go . If you have a really high bed maybe get some steps for her or just something she can use to get off the bed without making a huge jump to the floor such as putting a sofa cushion by the side of the bed for a soft landing ..
