I've heard of her. I had contacted her back before I got my Chanel but she didn't answer my emails and I moved on....but that's great she will do this - only thing is...I feel there should not be an additional charge...but that's just me with my opinion only.
YOU need to do what you feel is best and I wish you luck ....and also my condolences. Losing a puppy has to be one of the worst hurts.....
