Oh my, bless your heart...I got sun poisoning once while on vaca in Florida and it was brutal, so I can only imagine what you suffer. My dad, a dairy farmer, wore long-sleeved white dress shirts during summers (Mom picked-up at rummage sales) because he stayed cooled while covered.
