Does she pee a lot or just sprinkle them a bit? Some dogs really just get so excited that they do the excited pee thing. A friend of ours had a spaniel that every time it saw me she would pee a little on the floor, that dog adored me. I would just go get a paper towel and clean it up myself because I knew it was my fault for being so awesome! LOL She just piddled a little though, it wasn't a full blown pee.
If it is excited pee then maybe people need to greet her longer before picking her up?
Jahryn's girl puppy has pee'd on us a couple times, but she is still young (16 weeks) and it has only happened a couple of times.
I had a dog that if any man looked at her she would squat and actually pee and this is submissive peeing and she was just that afraid of men.
