Thanks everyone for the advice and reassurance that this is normal behavior! The running around doesn't bother me near as much as the peeing in the house during these episodes! I know she is still very young and it will take some time until she is completely potty trained...but she only does the "peeing in the house" thing in the evening when she gets in spaz mode...I am thankful to say she has NEVER pooped in the house thus far, so I'm at least very lucky in that aspect!
I have been mommy to two other yorkie girls over the past 20 years and neither of them did the "zoomies", so I guess I have my hands full with this little girl!
