When Max was a puppy, he turned into a gremlin at twilight.
He would get the zoomies and attack his bed. I think he hated to see the day end. As Ann wrote, just roll with it. Often it is funny, sometimes it is frustrating or exhausting. Enjoy the funny parts because they don't last forever.
Try increasing the number of potty breaks/outings around this time. Don't rely on her to tell you if she needs to go out.
