OMG I can not believe the stupidity of some people. Especially people who proclaim they love dogs. My next door neighbor is an idiot. She owns a male maltipoo who just turned a year old. She went out today and bought a female maltipoo and intends on breeding them once the female goes into heat! This lady knows nothing about breeding, has never whelped a litter in her life and has told me, point blank, that she's doing this for the money "Because people pay big bucks for designer poos" - She actually said that to me! Not to mention she registered the male maltipoo as a purebred maltese with the CKC. The female looks to be maybe 6 months old, so I'm sure she'll be coming into heat soon, if she hasn't yet. I've tried to talk some sense into her but she won't listen. I guess I'll have to camp out on the lawn if her dog does have pups to warn buyers that the pups aren't purebred maltese
