lol, not unusual in a puppy, as JadedD suggested, when the humping starts distract wit a toy. I had baby girls that humped, they did this mostly when they were excited from playing. My older girl humped the new baby, but this was a bonding factor, the humping lasted a few weeks then the older one stopped. Sometimes it's a sign of dominance which is natural. In puppies it's usually just from the excitement of playing. Distract with toy or you can play with him to get his mind distracted.
