Question Help! Yorkie Puppy Getting The "Crazies" In The Evening

Hi Everyone! We have new sweet little 13 week old yorkie girl named Gabby Claire, and I have a question about her behavior/potty training in the evenings. I have been crate training her since she came to live with us about a month ago, and she has been doing great for the past few weeks with going outside to potty with very few inside accidents. She seems to be catching on very quickly and will most of the time go to the back door to let us know she has to go outside to potty. However, for the past few evenings, she has become rather "cranked up" and has squatted and peed in the carpet a few times each night right infront of us!! Then, she tries to play hide and seek by running in and out from up under the couch when we try to pick her up to take her outside after the accident. During these episodes of "wild" behavior, she is rather hyper and won't listen to a thing we tell her, she is nipping at our feet and hands and growling and running around wildly, which I know is typical puppy behavior, but I just don't understand what happens to her at night, especially when she has been out of her kennel almost all day with us, except for nap time and she is usually fairly calm, and has done so good with going outside to potty all day, and then, it's like in the evenings she just loses her little mind, and has forgotten everything she has learned, such as going outside to potty! Has anyone else ever experienced this with their baby??
