How old was Rosie when you got her? Many pups taken from mom before 12 weeks of age often show bite inhibition issues. This is bc mom and interactions with littermates teach them "manners". If Rosie was with mom until 12 weeks, then I would think perhaps the environment is too loud or exciting and she is scared; if she's scared she is trying to defend herself.
Are there young children? Loud noises? Just too much commotion all around? I am assuming she does not bite you when you are at home with no visitors?
