I am soooo sorry to hear about your loss. Did the vet say why her heart rate dropped? Is there a chance they gave her too much sedative? I have heard of tiny pups dying because they were given too much sedatives or anesthesia. I know it's a terrible loss but I would ask questions so that this might be avoided in the future for other pet owners. Also, did they do her blood work prior to her spay to make sure that her liver was functioning well? Some vets do not do this and it seriously puts a pup at risk.
