Check the ingredients for the stock cubes and the gravy browning powders very carefully to make sure they contain nothing toxic like onions and high amounts of salt. Personally, I would make the gravy from scratch--for instance, by making a pan gravy by adding water to the pan after frying a steak or baking a beef roast. If you do that, be sure to refrigerate the pan gravy and remove the solidified fat. Don't add any extra salt at all. I would avoid adding any thickeners like flour or corn starch because the dog could be sensitive to those ingredients, or you could be adding too many empty calories. And of course, everything in moderation until you see how your dog reacts to the gravy.
