Oranges are not toxic to dogs, so the diarrhea will probably go away on its own in a day or two. If it doesn't, consult the vet, because it may be something completely unrelated to the orange.

Besides canned pumpkin, you can also try Kaopectate. Here is a link to the dosing information from Drs. Foster and Smith:
