Wylie's Mom, This is a picture of the dad to the puppies. He is the one I rescued from a chain tied to a tree. This 4lb baby was matted to the skin when I got him. The owners did not want him anymore. (said was not house broke). He is now in a very loving home of a co-worker and being spoiled rotten.
