Hi & Welcome to YT ! Congrats on your new family members. I agree that shaving or trimming the hair off of the top half of the ears can help. You can use the thinner white medical tape on the top tip of the ears to help but even that will not work on a pup whos ears are just not going to stand. They are still young & their ears will go up & down over the next several months, as they go through the teething process. Taping is really not so bad & they do get used to it quickly but you do have to change the tape often & I prefer to leave it off for a couple of days between tapings just to let the ear air out. There are videos on YouTube that show how-to.
