Thanks for all the input and shared examples everyone! I don't think she is a red leg, I trim her legs. But a good suggestion! I have always gotten silky and cotton coats confused. Maggie 's fur grows slow and thick. And I never have to brusher her, I usually only do before plopping her into the bathtub. The black is coarse, and the tan is fine and so soft. But she never mattes, though I keep her in a puppy cut so that probably helps. As for the color debate, I am happy to have her stay gray free forever, she is cute as a button and will always be a baby to me
Was just curious about other pups. Sounds like we have a good mix on this forum...they really do come in all colors and sizes!
