You can always take it in stages - trim the long hair on the body - with or without shaving down the back and see how she responds along with shaving the belly as well. Then if she seems better and you get used to your beautifull gal in a shorter coat - take it shorter still if you wish.
Love your avatar pictures....so precious! Lexi's hair is so very fine and thin she too gets cold very easy! The air condition in the house sometimes has her shaking lol. I have thought about cutting it in stages as you suggested but I think I am going to keep it as is lol her hair honestly grows so slow and we will be going on vacation in November to cold weather (well I hope its cold) thanks so much for your thoughts hugs
