Default Introducing Myself....

Hello fellow Yorkie guardians!

I have had Yorkies for many years....spent 7 LONG years without one (hubby wanted a "real" dog so we have a 7 year old lab who is the best, but not a pocket pet !)

I am happily retired and 3 months ago, I "rescued" a 3 year old Yorkie....Frankie came from a loving home and had been lovingly raised since he was a puppy...his owner had a steady stream of rescues and owned a grooming salon so her time was limited and Frankie was a barking cling on so she felt he would be happy with someone that would dote on him....there were many applicants and after a thorough background check, I was chosen!

Frankie is by far the most precious Yorkie I have ever encountered....so much personality and has transitioned into a calm and happy little pocket pet...he is about 4 pounds has a beautiful long coat and is never more than a heartbeat away from me.....he loves to walk with my lab and enjoys riding along in a sling when I run errands ......

It will be great to share information with fellow Yorkie lovers!
