How old is she, and how much does she weigh?
You could monitor her closely for dehydration and difficulty breathing. If she vomits again or shows any signs of lethargy or any other problem, no matter how small, I would get to the vet immediately.
Swelling of the face like that is often accompanied by difficulty breathing, that is why I mention it.
