Ooooo I forgot!!! The vet aged Teddy at 2- 3 years old!
She said if he'd been fed on wet food, then that sticks to the teeth, and causes them to get bad quickly. She said he will need a dental in the future, but they can't do it at the same time as the castration due to cross contamination.
