Sounds delish! I can t believe how much beef has gone up! Urgha Particularly pasture grazed free of supplements etc etc. The only reason I could afford the tenderloin as it was on sale! I will do a peppersteak with a creamy hot dressing - and cook a separate plain piece for the doggies - training treats you know.
Mushrooms and asparagus - and I am torn between new potatoes boiled with parsley - or garlic bread....ummmm decisions decisions!
