I do so much comparison sometimes, I get sick of it and end up not getting anything. LOL
It all comes down to what's more important. If you prefer the "fancier" features (ie. called ID, vibration alerts, OLED display, etc...) AND if keeping track of your heart rate is important, then I think fitbit would be your go to.
Those things I mentioned weren't really that big of a deal to me so the biggest deciding factor was that with Vivofit2, I didn't have to worry about charging and since it's more water resistant, I don't have to worry about taking it off when showering/swimming.
I think those were the key differences between the two. So depending on your personal need/wants, either tracker is really nice and has plenty of good reviews.
