I never use to believe in any of that stuff, but seeing it for myself, I'm a changed woman. I'll have to check out cellucor. It's really great they are making things that do what they say they will do, for years they could advertise just about anything, but things never worked. I've been looking at the fitbit too, I kind of wanted the one with the heart monitor, but I'm not sure if they are worth it.
I have the Fitbit HR, and I'm very happy with it. I mostly got it to see how many miles each day that Katie and I were walking, but it's a great motivator to meet your daily or weekly goals. I had been using the health app on my iPhone, but this is much better. I always knew I was not getting anyway near enough sleep, but the sleep tracker was a real eye opener for me. I haven't started tracking calories yet. The reviews of the HR model are excellent. I like having the heart rate monitor. My husband ordered it directly from the company--no shipping or tax.
